Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 9/14/2026 Last Updated: 9/14/2026

Revv’d Up (“Revv’d Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit revvedupgtm.com, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

REVVd Up is a fractional go-to-market and sales leadership consulting practice operated by Lionshield Capital, LLC, located at 38 Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. We provide fractional CCO and sales leadership consulting, GTM strategy, and related advisory services to B2B SaaS founders and operating partners.

If you have questions about this Policy or our data practices, you can reach us at info@revvdup.xyz.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, company, and message content when you reach out about our services.
  • Discovery call and consultation bookings: name, email, company, and scheduling details submitted through our booking tool.
  • Client and engagement information: business information shared in the course of a consulting engagement (e.g., sales process details, pipeline data, org structure) as needed to deliver services.
  • Newsletter and content subscriptions: email address and communication preferences if you subscribe to updates, guides, or content (including materials related to The GTM Engine or the OOBE Method).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit revvedupgtm.com, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URLs.
  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, analytics, and — where applicable — advertising measurement. See Section 5.

2.3 Private Findings Pages

If we email you a link to a private page about your company’s website (an address containing “/r/” on one of our websites, which may use a different web address than our main site), we use a record of each visit to that page to know whether the link was opened and whether it was opened again. For each visit we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device type, a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie named “rp_d” that identifies your browser (it is used only for these pages, expires after 180 days, and is not shared with any third party), and which buttons you click on the page. We keep this record for up to 180 days. If you click “Stop all emails from us” on the page, we delete the record for that page immediately and stop contacting you. The information on these pages about your company’s website comes from public web pages and public vulnerability databases.

2.4 Information From Third Parties

  • Scheduling and payment processors used to book consultations or process engagement fees.
  • Google APIs, when a connected Google service is authorized for our marketing or operations tooling (see Section 6). We only request the minimum scope of Google user data necessary for the specific feature involved.
  • Analytics, advertising, and social platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Buffer), which may provide us with aggregated or pseudonymous audience and performance data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and secure revvedupgtm.com;
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and scope engagements;
